Kathy Herrick
My name is Kathy, and I was born and raised in Ohio and make my home in the very small village of Luckey, Ohio with my husband and two fur babies. We have two adult children and I enjoy spending time with my family when I’m not crafting!
I started Kathy Creates back in 2018. My daughter had just gotten engaged and wanted very unique invitations for her wedding. We looked all over the place and couldn’t find what she was looking for. I pulled out my Silhouette, that was collecting dust in the closet, and designed her invitation. They were beautiful.
Once I did this, I started playing with the Silhouette and found it to be a very useful tool for my crafting. I started making things and friends and family started asking me to make things for them. At that point I launched Kathy Creates.
I have dabbled in several different types of crafts but find my passion is in making home décor items. I love to create unique pieces that have meaning to my customer. I want you to love it as much as I do. Take a peek around and let me know what you think.

Robert Herrick
Hello, my name is Robert, but I prefer to be called Bob. My goal is to create items that people will enjoy and last for many years. If you would like to know more about me, I have given a little history below.
My name is Robert Herrick. I was born and raised in the small town of Blissfield Michigan. After graduation I enlisted in the United States Navy and served for 3 years as a Gunnersmate Missile Technician. During my time in the Navy, I married my beautiful wife. After my service we moved back to Ohio and started our family.
After purchasing our home in 1993 I become interested in woodworking and built small projects to be used around the house. During a vacation in Townsend Tennessee, I happened along a family-owned wood carving shop and bought a carving knife and project book
Over the years I have produced many a tranchet and bobbles for family and friends and small pieces of furniture and décor to be used around our home. After 31 years of working as a quality control manager I have decided to retire and pursue a career in producing items that are unique and customizable for people’s homes and businesses.
