Media

Pricing and Availability
All products are quoted in $US dollars. Shipping and sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase price. We make every effort possible to have our items correctly priced and have their stock quantities up-to-date, but occasionally this information may be incorrect. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you of this. At this point, you can choose to pick a similar item or cancel your order for a full refund.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please email kathy.herrick@kathycreates.com for return instructions. Please know that we will only accept returns of unused items within 30 days of purchase. Your original receipt is required for returns. The amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE – subscriptions, custom orders, sale and personalized items are not returnable.
Cancelling your Create with Kathy Subscription
We’re sad to see you go! If you need to cancel your subscription or membership, please email Kathy.herrick@kathycreates.com and request to cancel your membership. Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date or you will be charge for the following month.
